This well-established business has been serving the hospital’s staff, patients, and visitors for the past seven years, under the direct supervision of the hospital, and now we are looking for a dynamic, innovative partner to take it to the next level.
Objective
The hospital aims to rent out the Business to an individual or entity with a good business and innovative idea to run the Business as an independent entity, providing quality food, beverage and groceries services to hospital staff, patients, and visitors.
Who We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate will be someone with a proven track record of successfully managing a similar business and a passion for delivering quality food services. You should possess strong business management skills, a creative mindset to improve services, and the financial resources to ensure smooth operations.
Rental Details
- Rental Period: 2 years
- Monthly Rental Fee: UGX 1,500,000
- Responsibilities: The successful applicant will take on all operational responsibilities, including staff salary, management, utilities, and supplies.
Evaluation Criteria

- Business Experience: We seek an individual or entity with a history of success in managing similar businesses.
- Innovative Ideas: We are looking for applicants who can bring fresh and creative ideas to improve the canteen services, creating an inviting atmosphere and offering an array of quality options.
- Business Management Skills: Strong leadership and management skills are crucial for maintaining smooth operations.
- Financial Resources: Adequate funding to support the operations is a must.
- Rental Fee Proposal: Applicants will submit their proposed approach to the rental fee.
